Hill City After Dark provides historical tours, ghost tours, paranormal investigations, special events, educational presentations, merchandise sales, and related entertainment services.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified, postponed, or canceled at any time.
3. Ticket Sales and Event Registration
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be issued unless an event is canceled by Hill City After Dark.
Failure to attend an event, late arrival, scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, weather conditions, illness, or personal emergencies do not qualify for a refund.
If Hill City After Dark cancels an event, participants may receive either a refund or credit toward a future event at our discretion.
4. Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that tours and paranormal investigations may involve:
- Walking on uneven surfaces
- Historic buildings and structures
- Stairs, narrow passageways, and low-light conditions
- Outdoor environments and weather-related hazards
- Emotional or psychological reactions to paranormal subject matter
Participation is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
5. Release of Liability
By attending any event, participants agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Hill City After Dark, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, venue partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in any activity.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Theft or loss of personal belongings
- Illness or medical emergencies
- Emotional distress
- Accidents occurring before, during, or after an event
6. No Guarantee of Paranormal Activity
Hill City After Dark provides entertainment and educational experiences centered around history and paranormal investigation.
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Paranormal encounters
- Evidence collection
- Spirit communication
- Personal experiences
- Investigation results
Experiences vary from participant to participant.
7. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, guests, venues, and fellow attendees.
Hill City After Dark reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for:
- Disorderly conduct
- Harassment
- Intoxication
- Destruction of property
- Violation of venue rules
- Unsafe behavior
- Illegal activity
8. Age Requirements
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
Certain events may have minimum age requirements.
9. Photography and Media Release
By attending an event, you grant Hill City After Dark permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture your likeness.
These materials may be used for:
- Advertising
- Marketing
- Social media
- Website content
- Promotional materials
- Educational purposes
No compensation shall be owed for such use.
Guests who do not wish to appear in media should notify staff before the event begins.
10. Merchandise Sales
All merchandise sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Claims regarding damaged merchandise must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Graphics
- Photographs
- Videos
- Written content
- Event branding
- Marketing materials
is the exclusive property of Hill City After Dark and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.
12. Website Use
Users agree not to:
